PYP was founded by Steve and Andy who are passionate about all individuals recognising and reaching their potential.
It is their belief that leveling up in this way creates ripples across all of society resulting in a more fulfilled community.
HOW
WE WORK
Powering Your Potential – A Proven Methodology for Personal and Business Growth
Powering Your Potential is built upon the years of experience, expertise and innovation in landing their message that Andy and Steve have. Understanding the fact that their combination is as unique as the people they work with, in PYP there is a proven development process, built around a simple methodology, focused on three key areas which come together in what PYP call the “Triangle of Potential”.
THE
TRIANGLE
OF POTENTIAL
By mapping where people are in these skill areas, development needs can be aligned to targeted training to provide significant and rapid progress.
The tools, skills, awareness and advice provided are easily adopted and can be implemented immediately. Creating the understanding of not just what to do, but why and how you do it, is vital. Providing this Knowledge, demonstrating the Skills enables truly lasting changes in Behaviours.
The Triangle of Potential
By focusing on three core areas Communication Skills, Personal Branding and Personal Development PYP help the people and businesses we work with build the confidence and self belief to face their Challenges, pursue Opportunities and Grow.
Whilst these are distinct independent areas that can be worked on, they are all inter related and connected to each other. You cannot have a great brand if you cannot communicate it, there is no benefit of being a great communicator unless you have something to say and there is also no value to having both these things, if you are unable to land your message to your world and chosen audience.
The “Triangle of Potential” is the area where these three areas overlap and the area where the powerful combination, comes together to truly realise the individual or business potential.

PYP like to develop people while ensuring they are more motivated, confident, have more self belief, are well rounded and equipped to work in, or simply face, the ever changing modern environment.
Based on learning and engagement science, PYP use strong imagery and stories in our sessions, videos, podcasts and written material to create memorable pictures in the mind of the people we work with. These will either be the picture that we give them and the story we tell or often it will be the picture they create for yourself from your own memory of a similar experience.
This process might help form their vision they want to work towards and experience tells us, nobody has a vision that is shaped by lines of bullets on a slide!
The commentary and images form a strong connection with our audience and with the ability to revisit material, the opportunities for clarification or reinforcement are enhanced. The sessions also include participation and activities to stimulate thought, engagement and ongoing development.

Meet Ollie
“Those who have watched Extreme makeover will be familiar with the process; taking a tired and run-down property in need of some TLC and transforming it into something unrecognisable. Well, this metaphor perfectly summarises the extent of the personal transformation this program has brought out in me.” Having graduated at the top of his year with a first-class degree, Ollie was bitter and frustrated as his CV was rejected through one application after another. Ollie had believed that working hard for his degree would launch him straight into a dream career despite not really knowing what that looked like. Instead, he spent two years working in the same minimum wage job as he had done before he’d graduated, feeling lost and unfulfilled. Working with Andy, Ollie adapted his CV and cover letter to stand out and explored his interests to identify opportunities for potential careers. Having created a clearer picture of what he actually wanted out of a role, interview coaching was the next step to help Ollie in his career development – giving feedback, he says:
