A while back Steve was watching a comedy programme when one character jokingly posed the other, who was going for a job interview, what are five words that describe you?

As PYP we soon developed this question and started using it as an exercise with clients as it gets you to think about yourself, gives you some insight into your personality and an awareness of your personal brand. The ability to ask five different people, who know you, perhaps in different ways, can be both a powerful and emotional exercise.

Soon you will have five words that you think describe you along with up to twenty five that others would use about you.
